Sira Gómez Vilella

Lawyer

Lawyer at Vallbé, Sira Gómez specialises in labour and social security law. She has a strong background advising on public service and labour relations, both at the individual and collective levels, as well as litigation before social and administrative courts.

She graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona in 2013 and completed a specialist course in Social Security, Social and Legal Sciences at the Faculty of Law of the University of Castilla-La Mancha.

She began her professional career as a labour lawyer at Bastet Advocats in 2013. In 2016, she joined the Public Service team at the Legal Technical Office of the Workers’ Commissions Union of Catalonia (CCOO). In March 2021, she became part of Vallbé’s Labour and Social Security Law team.

She teaches Labour Law at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), at the Legal Practice School of the Bar Association of Barcelona (ICAB), and in the Diploma of Specialisation in Public Employment at UAB. She is also a mediator at the Labour Court of Catalonia (TLC).
