Sergi Alarcón Miñarro

Partner at Vallbé, Sergi Alarcón specialises in labour and social security law, with extensive experience in collective bargaining and the resolution of both individual and collective labour disputes in private companies as well as public institutions and organisations. He is also an expert in trade union law, covering areas such as the regulation of works councils, union sections, and the role of union representatives, among other aspects.
He graduated in Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona in 1991 and began his professional career in 1994 after preparing for judicial and fiscal public service exams. In 2000, he joined Vallbé as part of the Labour Law Department.
Alongside his legal practice, he combines his work with teaching at Ramon Llull University, where he lectures on labour relations within trade union law across undergraduate, double degree, and postgraduate programmes, including the Master’s Degree in Work, Organisational and Human Resources Psychology.
