Gisela Sala Ortiz
Partner - Director of Administration and Management
Partner and Director of Administration and Management, Gisela has been with the firm for nearly 25 years. Throughout this time, she has been responsible for the organisation and administrative management of the firm, as well as overseeing human resources.
She holds a degree in Philosophy and Education Sciences from the University of Barcelona. She leads the Administration team and has played an active role in the firm’s management model evolution, driving continuous improvement in areas such as operational planning, streamlining of administrative workflows, and the digitalisation of internal processes.
