Àngel Fernández Grauet
Partner - Lawyer
Partner at Vallbé and Head of the Commercial Law Department, Àngel Fernández specialises in civil and commercial law. He advises companies and institutions on civil and commercial contracts, and serves as secretary to the governing bodies of various non-profit organisations and commercial companies.
He holds a Law degree from the University of Barcelona and has been practising as a lawyer since 1993. He began his career at Escura, where he worked until 2004, providing corporate legal advice in the areas of commercial, tax, and administrative law.
Between 2004 and 2007, he took on project management responsibilities at Aditio Consultores, a firm specialising in technical training consultancy for financial and insurance institutions. In March 2007, he joined Vallbé.
