Alda Mumbrú López

She holds a Law degree from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a Master’s in Labour and Social Security Law from Pompeu Fabra University’s Institute for Continuing Education (IDEC). She also completed a postgraduate program in Comprehensive Training for Social Agents at the Autonomous University of Barcelona and holds a qualification in Gender Equality for Business Organizations from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.

Alda plays an active role in collective bargaining across key sectors in Catalonia, including publicly funded healthcare, private healthcare, and home care services. She also advises organizations in sectors such as scientific research, audiovisual production, and facility services, offering both preventive counsel and litigation support to clients in both the public and private sectors.

She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association and serves as a mediator and conciliator at the Labour Tribunal of Catalonia.
