Pedro Sánchez Serrano

Partner at Vallbé, Pedro Sánchez specialises in public labour law and collective bargaining. He has been involved in negotiating numerous sectoral agreements, including those for education, leisure, workshops for people with disabilities, Catalan public universities, and special education, as well as company agreements such as those for the University of Vic, SEM, MACBA, and MNAC, among others.
He graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona in 1990 and began his professional career in the Legal Advisory Department of FETE-UGT, where he worked until 1995. That year, he took over as head of the Legal Department of the union in Catalonia, a position he held until 2003, when he joined Vallbé.
Additionally, from 1993 to 2003, he was a mediator member of the Labour Court of Catalonia, where he actively contributed to resolving labour disputes through dialogue and mediation.
