Pablo Urrutia Royo

Partner at Vallbé, Pablo Urrutia heads the Administrative Law Department and specialises in advising clients operating in sectors regulated by public authorities, such as healthcare, social services and dependency care, education, and the audiovisual industry.
He holds a Law degree from Pompeu Fabra University (2005), a Master’s Degree in Legal Sciences from the same university (2008), and an MBA from Ramon Llull University – ESADE (2016).
He began his professional career in 2005 as an intern in the Civil and Criminal Law Department at Fàbregas Associats Advocats. From 2006 to 2011, he continued practising law at Menéndez Associats Advocats, focusing on Administrative Law. In 2011, he joined the Public Law Department at the Barcelona office of Landwell – PricewaterhouseCoopers, Tax & Legal Services (PwC), where he worked until March 2017, when he joined Vallbé.
